Put simply, VoIP (voice over internet protocol) is the use of your office network or the internet for voice transmission, with high quality audio and using handsets that work the same as standard telephones.

At Tag4 we can supply you with business class PBX systems based on either Swyx (Windows) or Asterisk (Linux).
