Recent Projects: Avago Tag4 built a prototype online gaming system for Avago, the Sky Satellite Channel. The website tied directly into the channels interactive TV registration and gaming systems in real time. The customer account management pages allowed customers to easily update their user profiles online rather than using their TV remote control. Tag4 also built an online version of ´Avago Instants´ a secure flash game system allowing users to win up to £500,000 directly from the website. Propertyserve Tag4 were contacted by Propertyserve to build a workflow system allowing call centre staff to manage multiple jobs over thousands of sites across the UK. The system connects property owners with suppliers allowing them to ask for quotes and action new jobs. The progress of jobs is then tracked via an online interface, interacting directly with the Propertyserve staff. The system includes an auto invoicing system that creates PDF invoices that are sent out to the client for approval and manages the supplier´s invoices job by job. |
